Hi Peter et al, I just wanted to say thanks again to Jack, Louie and Fish for the fabulous service they provided last Friday - they were a real credit to your company. It was a really stressful time for us in the lead up to the move and I was so glad that the guys arrived knowing exactly what they were doing and with a lovely friendly manner as well as a professional service. They were absolutely brilliant, worked so hard and were just so helpful - I literally do not know what we would have done without them and nothing was too much trouble for them right down to helping us position some of the more bulky items in place. Hi Guys We recently used your company to move house and I wanted to send you an email underlining what a professional outfit I think you are.... From start to finish, you were superb! I had 1 other company out to quote and aside from them being more expensive, they gave us no information or piece of mind...Luckily you'd been along first so I knew what questions to ask! My first impression of your company was that you really care about what you do and your customers - a great start and you left me in no doubt that I'd definitely be using you for our move. On moving day, your guys arrived bright and early and they worked soooo hard all day. They were charming, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They were exceptionally professional and made our moving day incredibly stress free. What a top bunch of guys - and where do they get the energy from (other than keeping red bull in stock)!! Please will you pass our thanks on again to all 4 of them - I would have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends etc in the future. Thank you so much for taking the pain out of the day. Sirs, I just wanted to let you know how impressed my wife and I were with the team that moved all our property from Access Storage to 11 Conygree Close. They were helpful, efficient and worked very well as a team. Nothing (as far as I am aware!) was dropped or broken and as an added bonus (for my wife, anyway) one of the team at least was a Spurs supporter! We used your service this week to move house within the Lower Earley area. The whole process was made completely stress-free through using your services. The packing and dismantling of the furniture went smoothly and quickly and saved us so much effort. And on the other end, the unloading and re-assembling of the furniture was also expertly done. We were most impressed by the professional attitude of the team (Scott, Dan, Luke and Fish) - they were very polite and well mannered, and very responsive and customer-centric. They were also kindly tolerant of our 20 month old daughter running amongst them all day! We will recommend you highly to friends and colleagues. Thanks! |

What efficient service! The van arrived on time. The men were friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. They reminded me not to switch my fridge on for a couple of hours. They were even considerate in not parking the van on the grass verge at the retirement village to which I have moved. Such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU. Lynette |
