I wanted to write to thank you for bailing us out of a tricky position last week after Armishaws had dropped us in it from a great height at the last minute.

Everything went very smoothly indeed, and I would like to commend Martin and his team (Louis, Marcus and Luke) for an excellent job. They were courteuous and polite at all times, and took a great deal of care with our belongings, and made sure they moved us in as carefully as they had moved us out. Nothing (except one cheap wine glass) was broken or damaged, and my wife and I were very impressed indeed, and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone else in future.

Good friendly service, Team work by guys who know their job inside and out, Fast but aware of customers requirement at all time during and after the move, Packaging supplied in Excellent conditing and can be clearly marked for each room. Highly recomend the service to friends, family and niebours.

Dear Rainbow Removals,

Never having used a removal firm before did not know what to expect but am very happy to say how helpful & professional your guys were. We moved from Reading to Poole into a storage unit.
The storage co. also gave great feedback on how helpful the guys were too. Moving is a stressful time but they certianly made it much easier for me on the day!!! Phoned already to give my thanks but also wanted to put into writing aswell :-) Would definitely recommend & use again myself.

Dear Peter

Firstly can I thank all of your company for the efficient way in which you carried out the removal of our furniture and effects from Crowthorne to Watchet in Somerset, in particular the three lads who actually moved us. They were brilliant.

We are now completely settled and everything is in place so I have great pleasure in saying that there is nothing missing and nothing is broken.

Your foreman Mr N Cooper, who dismantled and put back together the clock is a genius. Just before they were leaving he noticed that the pendulum had not been connected back to the clock, so he did it there and then. The clock which had not worked for three and a half years is now working perfectly.

 Hi Peter,

I just wanted to drop you an email about the 2 guys you sent around on Wednesday morning.

They were fantastic.

I had 2 JOKERS from Harvey deliver the couch and they push and shoved the couch for 15 – 20 minutes before saying it wouldn’t fit up the stairs. 

Your guys walked in accessed the situation and then confirmed the couch would go up the stairs in about 1 min.
It then took them about 8 minutes to get the couch up the stairs into place.

So pass on a big thank you and buy them a beer next time you see them, they are worth their weight in gold.

As the sale of our house proved so difficult, estate agents and solicitors and seem to live in a different world to the rest of us! I was concerned that the move would give me additional problems, I should have known better, your guys were fantastic!

I would just like to express my thanks to you all for an excellent job on Friday 22nd Feb 2008.

The lads all arrived on time and despite having to dismantle a large 3 door wardrobe and negotiate a difficult staircase all went like clockwork and everthing arrived intact.

Nothing appeared as too much trouble and we still managed to retain some tea and coffeeI would have no hesitation to recommend the company to my friends and colleagues.

Firstly I must apologise for the lateness of this email.

I am now settled into my new home and cannot thank you and your team enough for all the help you gave us to make our move run smoothly.

The team of men  had a hard job with our old home as access to the property was not easy to say the least.  They were absolutely brilliant and we can't praise them enough.  They worked so hard to get everything in the new property where we wanted it.  Although I know I gave up directing in the end due to the amount of boxes that we had.
 
I will definately recommend your company to anyone and would use you again.  Thats if you haven't been put off by the amount you moved for us.
