Yes. Our surveyors don’t just measure the volume of items to be moved, they look at access routes, parking issues and it gives you a chance to ask questions.
Surveys take approximately 1 hour (depending on the size of property). During your appointment your surveyor will be happy to answer any questions.

Yes, we can pack single rooms/items to complete properties. Our crews can also unpack your belongings into your new home. Fees may apply.

The biennial Farnborough International Airshow is biggest event in the calendar which sees thousands of people visit the area during the event that takes place in July.
Ground zero for the UK’s aviation history, Farnborough is where the first powered flight took place in 1908 so there is no surprise that there is a long history in the area. A trip to Farnborough Air Sciences Trust Museum is definitely the place to uncover this rich history. It is only open on weekends and Bank Holidays so worth planning your visit before exploring where the first high-altitude “space suits”, night vision aids, carbon fibre frames, airborne cameras were developed along with a vast range of other innovations.
Farnborough town centre offers everything you may need from high street and independent shops to weekly markets and occasional events. They are also a large number of lovely cafes and restaurants to get stuck into.
If you fancy a quieter stroll, you can enjoy a walk along the beautiful Basingstoke Canal. Although you cannot walk the whole stretch of the towpath to Basingstoke, there are some lovely resting places for a hot drink and bite to eat. You could also pay a visit to one of the area’s large green spaces such as Frimley Lodge Park or Queen Elizabeth Park. Or you can really escape in Hawley Woods, that has walking and cycling paths plus a lake and sailing centre.
Sports fans are spoilt for choice, the wider area has a huge selection of tennis centres, sports pitches, go-kart tracks, climbing walls, swimming pools, sports clubs and more golf courses than you can wave a mashie-niblick at! If you’re more of a cheerer than a doer, Farnborough has a football club, cricket team rugby club and other clubs and associations.
In Farnborough you will also find St Michael’s Abbey. Empress Eugénie after the fall of the French Second Emperor Napoleon III commissioned a Benedictine abbey and mausoleum for him in Farnborough. Tours of the Abbey take place at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon to visit to the crypt which holds the granite sarcophagi of Napoleon III, Eugénie and their son the Prince Imperial.
There is easy access in and out of the town for both your Farnborough removals and your daily commute. It is near junctions 4 and 4a of the M3 motorway and the A331 runs north to south along the east side of the town. There are also good connections to Aldershot and Frimley with the A325 entering the town from the North to the South.
There are also excellent train connections through Farnborough as it is served by 3 railway stations, the busiest of which being Farnborough (Main) with lines to London Waterloo, Basingstoke and beyond. The other stations also serve lines between Reading and Gatwick too.
